Brendan Myers, Vice President, DILFO Mechanical
Brendan brings hands-on expertise leading labour operations at DILFO Mechanical, one of Ontario’s most established mechanical contractors. He will share the real-world systems and lessons that have shaped DILFO’s approach to staffing planning and labour performance.
Brian Witt, Vice President, Revenue, RIVET
Brian brings deep expertise in workforce management and labour operations strategy, co-authoring The Blueprint to Workforce Management based on insights gathered from hundreds of contractors. At RIVET, he works directly with MEP contractors to build smarter, more predictable labour systems.
