Strengthen your organization’s electrical safety culture in one intensive day. This in-person course walks participants through the key clauses of CSA Z462:24, the Workplace Electrical Safety Standard, so they can recognize electrical hazards, establish electrically safe work conditions, and apply safe work practices around energized equipment. Tailored for supervisors, safety professionals, electricians, engineers, and anyone working with or around electrical systems, the training focuses on practical, real-world application of the standard.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Explain the role and importance of the CSA Z462:24 standard and how it supports a safer workplace.
Describe general requirements for electrical safety-related work practices, procedures, and maintenance.
Establish electrically safe work conditions and apply safety requirements for work involving electrical hazards and special equipment.
