User Survey of On-Line Building Code

User Survey of On-Line Building Code

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is considering developing an on-line version of the Building Code.  The Ministry’s on-line version would be different from the e-Laws version of the Building Code available at www.e-laws.gov.on.ca.  The e-Laws version is the official version of the regulation and contains only the regulation itself.  A potential on-line Building Code from the Ministry could contain additional supplementary information such as compendiums, appendices, and MMAH Supplementary Standards.  The Ministry is also considering adding other functionality, features and capabilities that are not available on e-Laws.

The following questions are intended to assist the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing in the design of a potential on-line version of the Building Code.

Please complete the attached survey (which should require approximately five minutes) before November 19, 2012.  Your opinion is important to the development of an on-line Building Code that can best meet your needs.
