Michael Nolan is President of Friesen, Kaye and Associates. His extensiveexperience in both the private and public sector spans more than twenty-five years in
Performance Improvement, Training, Sales, and Communication.
Michael has acted as a Learning and Organizational Consultant for senior executives
and human resource directors throughout North America and Europe. He has
personally trained over 20,000 participants and worked with such clients as: Bank of
Bermuda, Canon, Dofasco, General Motors, GlaxoSmithKline, Hewlett-Packard,
IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Pfizer, The Hartford Group and Verizon Wireless.
Prior to FKA, Michael was Director of Corporate Training at Mitel Corporation and was Head of Management Development at the Canada Revenue Agency and the Department of Health.
Michael is a member of: ISPI, ASTD, and CSTD.
