Mr. Leduc practises primarily in construction law and commercial litigation. In the area of construction law, he is frequently called upon to advise and represent owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and builders in such front-end services as contract review, tender issues and general construction matters, as well as in litigation and arbitration.

Professional Involvement
Mr. Leduc is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the Society of Construction Law (U.K.), the Ottawa Construction Association and the Kingston Construction Association. He is also a member of the Ontario Bar Association - Construction Law Executive and the American Bar Association - Construction Industry Forum.
